Firebase Analytics veya benzeri bir kullanım-izleme/analitik aracı kullanmıyoruz.
2. Hukuki dayanak (KVKK / GDPR)
Verileriniz; sözleşmenin ifası (hizmetin sunulması), açık rızanız (konum, reklam kişiselleştirme), meşru menfaat (güvenlik, dolandırıcılık önleme) ve yasal yükümlülükler kapsamında işlenir.
3. Verilerin paylaşımı
- Veterinerler: Bir SOS çağrısı, randevu veya yerinde hizmet başlattığınızda; hizmeti sunabilmesi için gerekli bilgiler (ad, konum/adres, iletişim, ilgili evcil hayvan bilgisi) yalnızca ilgili veterinerle paylaşılır.
- Hizmet sağlayıcılar: Google Firebase (kimlik doğrulama, veritabanı, dosya, bildirim, barındırma), Google AdMob (reklam), Google Maps (harita), Google/Apple ile giriş.
- Verilerinizi pazarlama amacıyla üçüncü taraflara satmayız.
4. Saklama ve silme
Verileriniz, hesabınız aktif olduğu ve hizmetin gerektirdiği sürece saklanır. Uygulama içindeki hesap silme ve KVKK talep akışıyla verilerinizin silinmesini talep edebilirsiniz. Talepler info@patisos.app üzerinden de iletilebilir.
5. Güvenlik
Veriler aktarımda TLS ile şifrelenir; erişim, sunucu-tarafı güvenlik kurallarıyla sınırlandırılır. Hassas kimlik bilgileri istemciye açılmaz.
6. Haklarınız
Erişim, düzeltme, silme, işlemeyi kısıtlama ve rıza geri çekme haklarına sahipsiniz. Konum ve bildirim izinlerini cihaz ayarlarından dilediğiniz an kapatabilirsiniz (bu durumda ilgili özellikler çalışmayabilir).
7. Çocuklar
PatiSOS 13 yaş altındaki çocuklara yönelik değildir ve bilerek onlardan veri toplamaz.
8. Değişiklikler
Bu politika güncellenebilir; önemli değişiklikler uygulama içinde ve bu sayfada duyurulur.

We do not use Firebase Analytics or any similar usage-tracking/analytics tool.
2. Legal basis (GDPR / KVKK)
Data is processed based on performance of a contract (providing the service), your consent (location, ad personalization), legitimate interest (security, fraud prevention) and legal obligations.
3. Data sharing
- Veterinarians: When you start an SOS, appointment or home service, only the information needed to provide the service (name, location/address, contact, relevant pet info) is shared with that veterinarian.
- Service providers: Google Firebase (auth, database, storage, notifications, hosting), Google AdMob (ads), Google Maps (map), Sign in with Google/Apple.
- We do not sell your data to third parties for marketing.
4. Retention and deletion
Data is retained while your account is active and as required to provide the service. You can request deletion via the in-app account deletion and data request flows, or by emailing info@patisos.app.
5. Security
Data is encrypted in transit with TLS; access is restricted by server-side security rules. Sensitive credentials are never exposed to the client.
6. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, delete, restrict processing and withdraw consent. You can disable location and notification permissions in your device settings at any time (related features may then not work).
7. Children
PatiSOS is not directed to children under 13 and does not knowingly collect data from them.
8. Changes
This policy may be updated; significant changes will be announced in the app and on this page.
